Lorem Ipsum is dummy text used by designers and typesetters to simulate the placement of the written word (or in graphic design parlance copy), in a neutral, unreadable way. This is done to avoid the distraction of the text while the layout and design is composed. Lorem Ipsum has been used since the 1500s when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.
Lorem Ipsum comes from a theory of ethics book, "De Finibus Bonorum et Malcrum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero written in 45 BC. The first lines reads "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..."
